This is our SPC exclusive Program Information
Exchange system (PIE). It is designed to facilitate
the exchage of information among members of a
team, such as a group of technical investigators or
researchers.

- Teaming Database System
This is a true web based three-tier application. It
supports the development of inter-company
teaming agreements. It consists of a relational
database engine supplying data to a middle tier
application, which in turn supplies validation
and "business" rules.
This system is designed to run itself, allowing
prospective teaming organizations to create
their own accounts and enter their relevant
information. Additionally, this system was developed
in a very short time, using modern Rapid Application
Development (RAD) and software templating techniques.
