SPC International
SPC International (SPCI), a wholly owned subsidiary of
System Planning Corporation (SPC), is a leading consulting
firm providing analytical and business development support
to domestic and foreign clients in defense and high technology areas. The staff brings
together experience in senior policy positions in DoD, on Capitol Hill, and other
government agencies; international negotiation in business and government; analytical
experience dealing with a variety of technical projects and policy issues; and business
management.
SPCI is closely associated with the Policy Planning staff, a specialized group within SPC
concentrating on analyses and studies for the U.S. government, including the Office of the
Secretary of Defense, the military services, and defense agencies. The Policy Planning
staff has a well-established record of providing quality support to high-level U.S.
government decision makers on key issues such as international policy studies, military
industrial base analyses, long range budgetary planning, and force structure assessments.
Regional expertise includes Northern and Western Europe, the Middle East and the Gulf,
and Asia, notably the ASEAN countries.
