Arlington, Va. (Apr. 20) – System Planning Corporation (SPC) today announced that Luke Ver Heul has been appointed as Director of the Emerging Threat Countermeasures Center (ETCM) within its National Security, Intelligence and Response (NISR) Division.
“This promotion speaks to the extraordinary confidence we have in Luke Ver Heul’s ability to move the ETCM center forward to a new level of excellence,” said Charles L.
