The Programmatic Services Team
The Programmatic Services Team focuses on providing support to program managers in the
Microsystem Technology Office at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. This group is
comprised of experienced, responsive, detail-oriented individuals; they provide lifecycle program,
business, and security administration support. The Programmatic Services Team has a thorough
understanding of the SETA industry, is experienced, and has a strong knowledge of sales and marketing.
The Procurement Services Team
The Procurement Services Team (PST) assists DARPA program managers and SETA staff with the logistics and planning of the pre-award source-selection process. Four groups of activities included in this support are: (1) requesting proposals, (2) receiving proposals, (3) evaluating the proposals, and (4) archiving the source-selection documentation. Some of the responsibilities involved in the solicitation process include:
- Providing logistics and planning support of solicitations,
- Assisting with electronic publication of Solicitation Announcements,
- Managing multiple databases of solicitation information, and
- Coordinating the source-selection process which would include:

Coordinating the distribution of abstracts/proposals received in response to BAA solicitations to review panels

Coordinating the review process (meeting logistics) for abstracts and proposals and notifying review panel members
- Responding to any questions/concerns from review panel members and PMs

Coordinating the preparation and the distribution of evaluation packages to review panel members
- Collating and distributing evaluation panel inputs to PMs
- Preparing onsite meeting space
- Providing support at the review meetings
- Producing and maintaining source-selection documentation
- Overseeing the archiving of source-selection materials
The electronic Financial and Acquisitions System Tool (eFAST) is a suite of tools that PST uses to efficiently manage the proposal process.
