System Planning Corporation’s headquarters is located at 3601 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia. Our building is on the corner of Wilson Boulevard and North Monroe Street. This site is one block from the One Virginia Square/GMU Metro station on the Orange Line and within easy commuting distance of downtown Washington, the Pentagon, and other government agencies.

Guests should enter the facility by the main door which faces North Monroe Street. Take the elevator to the 5th floor, and an SPC receptionist will check you in.

Parking

The parking garage entrance is located at the back of the building on Nelson Street. Current parking rates will be listed at the garage kiosk; parking must be paid in cash. There is also metered parking available around the building.

Directions

From Dulles International Airport

1. Take Dulles Airport Access and Toll Road
2. Merge onto VA-267 East
3. Merge onto I-66 East
4. Take Exit 71 and merge onto Fairfax Drive
5. Turn right on North Monroe Street
6. SPC will be on the right

From Reagan National Airport

1. Exit airport going North toward Washington, D.C. on the George Washington Parkway
2. Carefully follow Parkway signs for 4 miles
3. Take the Spout Run exit (on the left)
4. After 1 mile, cross Lee Highway and continue on Kirkwood Road
5. Turn right on Fairfax Drive
6. Turn left on North Monroe Street
7. SPC will be on the left

From the DC Metrorail

1. Take the Metro Orange Line to the One Virginia Square/GMU stop
2. Exit the station up the escalators
3. Walk straight off the escalators and cross 9th Street
4. SPC will be on the right
